Product Description
A superior quality 2 pack zn.phosphate epoxy primer based on epoxy resin and polyamide resins.
Fractions with epoxy resin is considered as BASE component and fractions with polyamide is
considered as HARDENER component .
Principal Uses
It is recommended as anti-corrosive primer coat for the interior surfaces of all types of metals.
It provides excellent heat and weather resistance to the substrates, good inter-coat adhesion
and alkali resistance .

Storage
The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations.The product must be kept in a cool and well-ventilated place ,protected from heat and direct sunlight.
Surface Preparation
Should be stable , firm, dry and free from laitance,dust and loose flaking materials,loose old paints, dirt, grease, wax and any other contaminations.

Paint System Advice
• 1 coat of zn. phosphate epoxy primer ( RS-5769 ) can be applied before the
filler coat.
• An epoxy filler ( RS-5780) coat can be applied for the wooden and cementous
surfaces . Normally no filler coat is applied on the metal surfaces unless the
surface is very uneven.
• Any suitable top coat can be applied .

• Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin.
• Keep containers tightly closed when not in use .
