Rosethan clear varnish
Product Description
A superior quality 2 pack polyurethane high gloss clear based on Acrylic polyols and isocyanate
resins. Fractions with acrylic polyol is considered as BASE component and fractions with isocyanate
is considered as HARDENER component .
Principal Uses
It is recommended as a clear coat for the exterior and interior surfaces of concretes, plasters. It is
also recommended for the wooden and metallic surfaces. It provides excellent chemical and weather
resistance to the substrates, good abrasion and impact resistance and alkali resistance .

Storage
The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations.The product must be kept in a cool and well-ventilated place ,protected from heat and direct sunlight.
Surface Preparation
Should be stable , firm, dry and free from laitance,dust and loose flaking materials,loose old paints, dirt, grease, wax and any other contaminations.

Paint System Advice
• 1 coat of epoxy primer ( RS-5770 ) can be applied before the filler coat.
• An epoxy filler ( RS-5780) coat can be applied for the wooden and cementous
surfaces . Normally no filler coat is applied on the metal surfaces unless the
surface is very uneven.
• 1-2 coats of Rosethane Clear Varnish (RS-5609) can be applied over the primer
coat or over the putty coat depending upon the substrate natures.
Safety Precaution
• Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin.
• Keep containers tightly closed when not in use .
