Product Description
A high quality water-based texture paint which provides wonderful effects for interior decoration on
walls. It is constituted with various components to provide attractive colors on the walls with sparkling
effects.
Principal Uses
Fancy Tex. is specially designed with Royal for interior decoration and readily used on walls, plasters,
concretes, gypsum board, plywood etc. . It is highly recommended for producing excellent sparkling
effects with texture finish on the interior walls of Palaces , Meseums, Villas, Mosques, Restaurants,
Art Gallries etc.

Storage
The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations.The product must be kept in a
cool and well-ventilated place ,protected from heat and direct sunlight.
Surface Preparation
Should be stable , firm, dry and free from laitance,dust and loose flaking materials,loose old
paints, dirt, grease, wax and any other contaminations. Following steps of applications are required :
a) Apply one coat of Rose Primer Sealer.
b) Apply Rose Putty to make the surface smooth.
