Rosadur Epoxy Top Coat
Product Description
A superior quality 2 pack poxy high gloss pigmented top coat based on epoxy resin and polyamide resins. Fractions with epoxy resin is considered as BASE component and fractions with polyamide is considered as HARDENER component .
Principle Uses
It is recommended as a top coat for the interior surfaces like concretes, cement rendering, gypsum,
plasters. It is also recommended for the wooden and metallic surfaces. It provides excellent heat and
weather resistance to the substrates, good hiding, good abrasion and impact resistance and alkali
resistance .

Storage
The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations.The product must be kept in a
cool and well-ventilated place ,protected from heat and direct sunlight.
Surface Preparation
Should be stable , firm, dry and free from laitance,dust and loose flaking materials,loose old
paints, dirt, grease, wax and any other contaminations.

Paint System Advice
• 1 coat of suitable epoxy primer ( RS-5770 / RS-5769 ) can be applied before the filler coat.
• An epoxy filler ( RS-5780) coat can be applied for the wooden and cementous surfaces . Normally no filler coat is applied on the metal surfaces unless the surface is very uneven
• 1-2 coats of Rossdur Epoxy Top Coat (RS-5730) can be applied over the primer coat or over the putty coat depending upon the substrate natures.
Safety Precaution
• Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin.
• Keep containers tightly closed when not in use .
